  Did you know that a full page ad in a major phone book can be as much as $36,000 dollars a year? Who do you thnk winds up paying for that. You guessed it. You do, as a customer of them. They have the price added into whatever they charge you. So if the price is about the same as our price, then they are most likely using inferior parts or equipment. That is how they play the game.             

      My wife Eunice and I started 25 years ago to make a living and raise our children. We did not want our sons and daughter to be latch key kids. Eunice quit her job at AT&T and began answering the phones for our buisness while she was expecting with our oldest son Matthew. At the beggining it was hard times. When you start out you have to rely on word of mouth to get your phone to ring. We had a rough first couple of years. We did not realize that price is not important when you are installing an a/c system. I thought that as long as you where cheaper than the other guy, you got the job and everything was fine. What I learned was that the cheapest job usually means low quailty equipment and lots of call backs. After years of being in this rut, A sales representitive talked me into trying to reach a more informed cunsumer. He told us that 10% of the market wants the cheapest thing there is regardless of perfomance and that these people will be the ones to complain the most when their cheap (stuff) broke. We started to install a higher quality unit that cost more but had fewer issues. With this came more hours each month to take care of more homeowners and their needs. Which accomplised 2 things. First it allowed us to make more money, but more importantly it made a happier consumer. This in turn creates more referals which turns into even more buisness.

                      My children have been a part of the company from their youth. I have customers who have seen my sons and daughter grow up. My son matthew is a full time emoployee who will some day take over the reins and run the company. He has been certified by the epa and is registered with the state as a tech. One day when the time is right he will even  have his masters lic. for hvac. My younger son Jacob, who is enrolled at Texas A & M university works for us during the summer breaks, and the Christmas holidays. My daughter Diana is enrolled in Temple Junior college and works part time doing clerical work, answering the phones and yes evening working in the field. We have our customers best interest at heart. I believe that if a customer is happy they will refer my company to others. If they are disatisfied they will not. So with few exceptions we bend over backwards to make you, the consumer happy. Please give us a try for you A/C needs and find out why others keep calling us year after year after year.
