We offer quality service, like we would like to be treated. When you call us, we answer the phones with someone who can answer your question. Not with a ( I'll have some one get back with you) secretary. When your a/c is out, you do not want to wait any longer than you have to, to be cool again. Most calls are fixed on the same day we are there. Most are fixed on the first visit. We have customers that we have been doing work for, for so long, that now we are doing work on their grandkids a/c equipment. I will not tell you that we please every one. Some people have a (different) idea of what they want from an a/c company. We had a customer awhile back that swore the devil was in his heater and wanted us to perform an exorcisim on it. We informed him that we could refer him to some one but that was not something that we where really good at. A unhappy customer will tell 7 people about their bad experince with a company. A happy customer will tell 3. So it is very important that we have happy customers, not un-happy ones. Eunice, Matt, and I try to make sure this happens.
