Report Cards of Out Service from Customers
American Standard does quarterly customer satisfaction surveys for all of its dealers.
The surveys are done by American Standard after we complete work with a customer. They ask our customers to rank us on many different aspects including: overallexperience, satisfaction with the technician, price, quality, and professionalism.
