Also be sure to pour bleach down the condensation drain line of your evaporator coil each month. This will keep mold and fungus from forming and, your floors from being flooded.

HOWEVER, SHOULD YOU REQUIRE WARRANTY SERVICE AND THE MANUFACTURER DEEMS THE REPAIRS WERE NEEDED DUE TO NEGLECT, YOUR WARRANTY COULD BE CANCELLED.
